We received in the mail today,a sheet of paper explaining the government's mortgage program. If it is coming out of Ohio and affiliated with H.U.D.,is this legit? And how does one know what is legit with these offers you receive in the mail? And, do loan officers in local banks despise these government programs because they are losing money? WOULD LOVE TO KNOW THIS!! As we are strongly considering refinancing our steep mortgage. THANKS!!!!
