My husband and I would like to sell our house (2 family) and buy a single family house but we have a great tenant and don't know should we tell her we are thinking of selling first before looking for another property or say nothing until we find a place and risk not selling our house and end up with 2 mortgages, which we cannot afford to do, any suggestions?
